Georgina Mary Johnson (Bingley)

Our mother, our friend, Georgina Mary Johnson passed away peacefully on Friday, June 22, 2018 in Kimberley at the age of 82 years. Georgina was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan on December 20, 1935 – one of six children born to John and Mary Bingley.
Georgina loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a very kind, caring and wonderful mother and grandmother. She was a farmer’s wife and a great mother. Georgina loved to read, crochet and cross stitch.
Georgina leaves to mourn her passing her beloved children; Irene (Brent), John (Brenda), Debbie and Tim (Nadine) as well as 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Georgina also leaves behind her long lost sister, Theresa.
Georgina was predeceased by her son, Don Johnson; her grandson Jordan Neave; two brothers James (Jim) and Jack Bingley; two sisters Pearl Mockford and Ruby Bingley as well as the father of her children; Wilbert Johnson.
A Celebration of Georgina’s life will be held at 4842 Alder Crescent, Wasa Lake, BC on Saturday, June 30, 2018 beginning at 4 pm. Memorial donations may be made in Georgina’s memory to Garden View Village, 280 – 4th Ave. , Kimberley, BC V1A 2R6.
A special thank you to the staff of Garden View for their love and care shown to our mom during her final days. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

I am truly sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences. I hope the Johnson family find comfort and strength in Jesus promise along with our heavenly father Jehovah of the earthly resurrection, where death will be eliminated forever. Truly, what a glorious and almost unbelievable day that will be! It’s a reality though for God cannot lie!
