Lois Evaline Johnston (Bower)

Tribute
It is with great sadness and much love that the family of Lois Johnston announce the passing of our 86 year old Mother on May 29, 2020. Lois will be sadly missed by her children Michael (Paris), Margaret, and Melvin (Denise), her grandchildren Monte, Gabe, Travis (Stephanie), Lynn (Denis), Robert, and Chelsey, her sister Clara as well as other family members and her many friends.
She led a life of laughter and fun, growing up in Bull River then leaving this area to be a secretary in Calgary where she met and married the love of her life Bob. To coming back here and raising animals on their farm as well as three children, being part of the local Lions Club, the Christmas Tree Association and last but not least crib playing with the Seniors in Jaffray.
She was predeceased by her husband Bob Johnston, her sister Carol Goodwin, brothers Glen Bower, his wife Irene and Delbert Bower, as well as her nephews Doyle Bower , John Bower, and Randy Green, and niece Kerry Goodwin.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at Joseph Creek both the Assisted Living side and the Long Term side for your care and compassion.
