Lucy Ann Brogden (Loutit)

February 4, 1935 - February 25, 2017

Tribute

With a heavy heart we announce the passing of wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Lucy Brogden on Saturday, February 25, 2017.

Lucy was born in February 4, 1935 in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta and moved to Kimberley when she was12 years old.  She loved playing crib, 31, bingo and playing the slots.  Many bus trips with Shep to Reno, Bonners Ferry and Eureka.  Sunday night dinners at Grams were always a hit with someone’s favorite pie.

Lucy is survived by Shep McGregor, daughter Debbei, son Ken, granddaughters Kelly (Brad), Brooke (Josh), Alycia and great grandsons Braxton, Cooper and Ethan.  Lucy also leaves one brother Harry Oscar Loutit as well as numerous nieces and newphews.

A Celebration of Lucy’s Life has taken place on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the Kimbrook Manor from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.markmemorial.com
