As a tribute to their mother, her children remember her:
A very brave lady has left our lives to join all of the other angels who watch over us every day. We love you mom, forever and always and we cherish all the kindness, wisdom and love you instilled in everything you did. You battled Multiple System Atrophy (Parkinsonism) with a grace and determination that was inspiring and heartbreaking to witness. We are ever so grateful for the incredible support of our dad, who went above and beyond every day to support you at home. Your caregivers are some of the most caring and beautiful people whom have touched our lives. We will miss you and you will remain in our hearts. May it always be known that Susan Giles was an amazing mother, wife, gramma and friend. We love you.

Relation: Friend, neighbour and caregiver
I feel very blessed to have known this remarkable, kind, caring and loving person, Sue Giles. . we were neighbours for over 50 years but I really got to know how special Sue was as one of her careaides. Sue never gave up no matter what she was going through…she always had that beautiful smile or a hearty laugh when we shared a funny story or video. Her greatest love was her family….each one held a special place in her heart. She was always way ahead and kept track of every Birthday, Anniversary or other special occasion. I will remember Sue with fond memories and feel I am a better person for having known Sue. She will now join with angels and family in Heaven and will always continue to watch over her beloved family….love you Sue…till we meet again!

Jim: My love & heart are with you as you now navigate life without Sue. She was truly a wonderful person; you will never find anyone who loved her family more. She was soo proud of her kids and grandkids. There really wasn’t anything she would rather talk about. She lit up when she could talk about them. She will most certainly be missed. Love and sympathy to each and every member of her family.
